Glenys Jones, a colleague who has been employed by the Misty River Regional Library Service for over 10 years, has just fallen over a pile of books that someone left too close to the storeroom door. It appears that she has sprained her ankle badly and will need complete rest for a week, and then light duties for another week.

Read the document from workcover on completing a risk analysis for workplace safety and complete the sheet on page 20. This can be done individually or as a group.
